Tools

What we know how to work with. And what we will tell you honestly.

We are not a reseller of any platform. We pick what fits your operations, and for every tool we also tell you what you will not like about it.

Why this page

We recommend what is best for you, not for us.

Most vendors recommend what they sell. We sell nothing, so we can afford to tell the truth: every tool has situations where it shines and situations where it will drive you mad.

This overview comes from real deployments at our clients. It is not a complete market catalog, these are tools we have handled ourselves in operation.

ERP and accounting

Accounting and business systems.

The heart of the company. Replacing it hurts, so it pays to choose right the first time, or extend the existing system instead of swapping it.

ABRA Flexi

ABRA Flexi

Accounting system with an open API

When we recommend it

A small or mid-size company that wants to build on its accounting: the API lets you connect your own apps, e-shop or warehouse without manual retyping.

What to watch out for

The user interface is not the most modern and it no longer suffices for more complex manufacturing. That is when it is time for a bigger system.

Pohoda

Pohoda

The most widespread Czech accounting software

When we recommend it

An established company whose accountant knows Pohoda and likes it. For everyday work it runs reliably, and accountants who can use it are the most common.

What to watch out for

Integrations take more effort than with systems built around an API. Automation is possible, but count on XML bridges.

Fakturoid

Fakturoid

Invoicing for smaller companies and freelancers

When we recommend it

Service businesses and smaller teams that need to invoice quickly and nicely, with bank connection and automatic reminders.

What to watch out for

It is invoicing, not accounting. As your work grows you will still need an accounting system alongside it.

iDoklad

iDoklad

Online invoicing from Solitea

When we recommend it

A similar league to Fakturoid: simple invoicing tied to Money and the Solitea accounting suite.

What to watch out for

More advanced workflows (approvals, document routing) are not something you will build in it.

CRM and sales

Sales systems.

So inquiries do not live in email and every salesperson knows what to do today.

Raynet

Raynet

Czech CRM

When we recommend it

A Czech sales team that wants a CRM in Czech, including support. It fits companies with a longer sales cycle and a link to the ARES registry.

What to watch out for

Automation options are more modest than with global players. For complex integrations, count on extra work.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive

CRM built around the pipeline

When we recommend it

A team that wants to see sales as a board of work in progress. Great API, plenty of ready-made integrations, fast rollout.

What to watch out for

A tool that thinks in English: the Czech localization is decent, but support and documentation are in English.

HubSpot

HubSpot

CRM and marketing in one

When we recommend it

A company where sales and marketing should pull in the same direction: forms, emails, campaigns and sales in one database.

What to watch out for

The free version is the front door. Once you want more, the price climbs fast and in jumps. Think ahead about what you will really use.

HR and attendance

People, attendance, payroll.

Paper timesheets and monthly retyping into payroll is one of the first things worth tackling.

Sloneek

Sloneek

HR platform for mid-size companies

When we recommend it

A company from a few dozen people up that wants its HR work (attendance, leave, equipment, onboarding) in one place, with an API to connect to payroll.

What to watch out for

You get the full value only when the team actually uses it. Without proper rollout it ends up just tracking holidays.

GIRITON

GIRITON

Attendance system with terminals

When we recommend it

Operations with shifts and gate terminals: manufacturing, warehouses, hospitality. Solid exports for payroll systems.

What to watch out for

It is attendance, not full HR. You will not find onboarding, documents or reviews in it.

Alveno

Alveno

Access and attendance systems

When we recommend it

When you need to manage not just attendance but also access to premises: chip cards, terminals, zones. It fits operations where people movement is monitored.

What to watch out for

It fits attendance and access, not full HR. Handle payroll and personnel in a connected system.

Operations and projects

Jobs, projects, low-code.

When Excel stops being enough, custom development does not have to step in right away.

Tabidoo

Tabidoo

Czech low-code platform

When we recommend it

Records tailored to your process (jobs, warehouse, reports) without the cost of your own development. Over time you can handle quick changes yourself, in Czech and with Czech support.

What to watch out for

Low-code has a ceiling: complex business logic or high data volumes will eventually call for a dedicated app. The good news: you take your data with you.

ClickUp

ClickUp

Project management and tasks

When we recommend it

Service teams and agencies: projects, tasks, time tracking and process templates in one, with decent automation.

What to watch out for

It can do so much that you can get lost in it. Without agreed usage rules you create a second chaos, just more colorful.

Customer support

Helpdesk and customer communication.

A shared support@ inbox stops being enough sooner than you think.

Freshdesk

Freshdesk

Helpdesk with everything included

When we recommend it

Support that needs tickets, SLA, a knowledge base and automatic rules. Fair entry price, fast start.

What to watch out for

More advanced features sit in higher tiers. Work out what you really need before you say yes to the top package.

Zendesk

Zendesk

The standard for large support teams

When we recommend it

Higher volumes, more channels (email, chat, phone) and a need for detailed reporting on support.

What to watch out for

The price. For a smaller team it is often overkill, Freshdesk or Help Scout work out better.

Help Scout

Help Scout

A lightweight helpdesk that looks like email

When we recommend it

A smaller team that wants order in customer emails without learning a new system: it looks like an inbox, works like a helpdesk.

What to watch out for

For complex processes and multi-level support it is weak. It is a deliberately simple tool.

Office and reporting

Collaboration and numbers for management.

One place for documents and reporting that does not get rebuilt by hand every Monday.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365

Digital office (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)

When we recommend it

Practically every company from 10 people up: email, documents, sharing and communication in one, with permissions and backup. You usually already pay for it and just do not use it.

What to watch out for

Without a defined structure, SharePoint ends up as messy as the old shared drive, just in the cloud. Rollout is more about rules than technology.

Power BI

Power BI

Reporting and dashboards

When we recommend it

Management that wants to see numbers continuously instead of monthly copying into spreadsheets. It connects to accounting, manufacturing and attendance.

What to watch out for

A dashboard is only as good as the data beneath it. Without order in the sources you get a pretty chart of bad numbers.

Excel

Excel

Yes, Excel is a tool too

When we recommend it

One-off analyses, calculations and things that change every week. An honest Excel is better than a badly deployed system.

What to watch out for

Once several people work in one file daily and versions pile up, Excel stops being a tool and becomes a risk. That is the signal for us.
