We run the audit right at your operation. We talk to people, watch the real work and measure where it hurts. We do not look for problems in PowerPoint, but in the daily run of the company.

The audit produces a strategy with priorities and a structured plan. What to do first, what later and why. No document for a drawer.

When you go into the transformation, we lead it as a program. Regular review cycles, vendor coordination and change leadership. So it does not stay a good idea but reaches the operation.

A recommendation by itself will not change the company. We build custom applications, integrate systems and roll out platforms so the strategy turns into a working operation.

We write custom applications when a generic system is not enough. We have built, for example, crew and delivery planning for transport, record-keeping apps tailored exactly to the operation, or tools that join several separate apps into one working whole.

If a quality standard solution exists, we recommend it. We deploy it, configure it, connect it with the other systems and train people.

Integrations are a discipline of their own. We connect ERP, CRM, accounting, HR and the website into one process. We connect as many as needed, with no manual retyping.
