How the audit runs

Three phases, four to six weeks, a clear output.

A structured process we repeat with every client. Concrete outputs in each phase, no surprises at the end. And when you come with a concrete project, the audit does not hold you up: we go straight to it.

  1. Phase 11 to 2 weeks

    Data collection

    We are directly on site. We talk to the owner, line managers and frontline staff. We observe real work, take photos, measure. We also go through existing systems and records.

    Analysis

    We evaluate operational data through Lean principles. We hunt waste, waiting, rework and defects. We link individual findings into context and identify root causes, not just symptoms.
