API and integrations

We connect what was not talking before.

Accounting, CRM, warehouse, web, calendar, dispatch. If a system has an API and decent docs, we plug in directly. If not, we solve it through RPA or import workflows. Data flows, people stop retyping.

When teams come for integration

Six typical situations.

An integration project usually starts from a concrete pain. These are the scenarios we see most often.

The same data is retyped three times

The order arrives by e-mail, gets retyped to CRM, then warehouse, then accounting. Each time a risk of error and a half hour lost.

Systems disagree on the numbers

CRM says one thing, accounting says another. Reporting takes a week because half the time goes to figuring out which numbers are right.

Client onboarding is gated by integration

A new client waits weeks because connecting to their stack needs a development sprint. Sales promised a date we cannot keep.

Warehouse in a spreadsheet, web elsewhere

Stock state copies to the web by hand once a day. Half the orders wait for "what is in stock". The cart shows wrong availability.

Reporting takes more time than production

Management wants a weekly view. Pulling data from five systems, merging in a spreadsheet, final report. Two days of work each week.

People retype more than they work

Whole teams act as a human connector between systems. The work they were hired for becomes a minority of their day.

What we do

Custom and reusable integrations.

Most integrations we build as custom connectors on open-source platforms. When an off-the-shelf iPaaS makes sense, we use it. Always with monitoring and maintenance.

Point-to-point integration

A connector between two systems. When you need CRM and accounting connected, not the whole stack.

  • Field mapping between systems
  • Sync in both directions or one
  • Resilience: retry, error queue, manual reconcile
  • Monitoring and error alerts

Multi-system workflow

When data flows across three or more systems. Lead → CRM → invoicing → fulfilment → accounting, all connected.

  • Map of processes and data flows
  • Central integration layer or iPaaS
  • Audit log across systems
  • Reporting on run success rate

Integration without an API (RPA, import)

When the counterparty has no API, cannot use one, or does not grant access. We solve through automated clicking or files.

  • RPA via Power Automate, UiPath
  • Import/export files (CSV, XML) on shared storage
  • Scraping with explicit counterparty consent
  • Hybrid: API where available, RPA for the rest
How an integration is built

From audit to a monitored run.

An integration is not a one-off script. We build it to survive changes on both sides, and so you hear about a problem before your customer does.

  1. Phase 011 to 2 weeks

    Systems and data audit

We map what should connect, which data flows where, and where the risks are.

    Výstup fáze
    • List of systems and APIs
    • Data flow map
    • Risks and dependencies
  2. Phase 021 week

    Integration design

We design the connection architecture, map fields and agree what happens on failure.

    Výstup fáze
    • Connection architecture
    • Field mapping
    • Rollout and rollback plan
  3. Phase 032 to 6 weeks

    Build and testing

We build the integration, test on real data and handle errors and retries.

    Výstup fáze
    • Working integration
    • Tests on real data
    • Error handling and retry
  4. Phase 04ongoing

    Operation and monitoring

We deploy and watch the run. When the counterparty API changes, we adjust it.

    Výstup fáze
    • Monitoring and alerts
    • Run logging
    • Maintenance on API changes
Frequently asked

What people ask about integrations.

  • Point-to-point integration 2 to 6 weeks. Multi-system workflow 2 to 4 months. Integration via RPA without API typically 3 to 6 weeks. Depends on data complexity and counterparty API quality.
