For SaaS companies

Integrations at your clients as a service.

You build a SaaS product and clients want connectors to their stack? Instead of every integration costing you a sprint, we take it over. If it has an API, we plug into it directly. When the API is missing, we solve it through RPA or another route. We build, deploy and keep it running long term. Data stays with you or your client.

When SaaS companies call us

Five situations where we get the call.

SaaS companies live with integrations at different levels of urgency. These are the typical scenarios where SaaS + an outsourced integration team makes sense.

Every new client = a new integration sprint

Client onboarding is gated by integration work. Developers do customisations instead of product work. Sales cannot promise dates.

A client wants an ERP you do not support

The lead uses Helios but your product only does Pohoda. Either the deal dies, or you start six months of development. Third option: someone already speaks it.

The integration exists, but support cannot run it

The connector works, but when a third-party API breaks, support cannot tell where the issue is. Escalation lands on the engineer and the CTO.

You promised the client more than you can ship

You signed a tender for connections to five systems in three months. Engineering has a year of backlog. Someone has to land it or you lose the client.

You want to sell to larger clients

The upper segment wants SOC 2, audit trail, custom workflow. Without an integration team you do not get through procurement.

What we deliver

Three layers of one engagement.

SaaS companies have two paths to handle client integrations. Build an internal integration team (expensive, slow, capacity-bound). Or outsource it to where the connectors and processes already exist. We are the second path.

Integrations at your clients

Connecting your product to the customer ERP, CRM, accounting, warehouse or anywhere data can reasonably be reached.

  • API integration wherever the platform supports it
  • RPA or import workflow when the API is missing
  • We typically build connectors on open-source platforms
  • Data flows through the integration, we do not host it

Client implementation and onboarding

When the integration is in place, someone has to lead the first clients through it. We take that seat.

  • Kick-off with the client and a map of the integration scope
  • Configuration, testing, phased rollout
  • End-user training and admin manual
  • Hand-off to your internal SaaS support team

Maintenance and further development

After launch we stay with the integration long term. By default we run and maintain it, but it can also be handed off to you or your client. Whichever fits.

  • Monitoring of connectors and alerts on runtime errors
  • Updates when a third-party API changes
  • New connectors as you grow
  • Documentation deep enough for your team to take it over
Frequently asked

What SaaS companies ask us most.

  • No. For each SaaS product category we work with one company. When we accept an engagement, it is exclusive within the segment, not within us.
