Our story

Consulting and development under one roof.

We founded Adoptimal in early 2023 to bring together what mid-sized companies usually miss: business consulting, custom development and operations of deployed systems. Without handoff between several vendors.

More than a decade of experience in IT and project management. We help companies make their processes more effective, raise productivity and bring them to the level of digitisation they want to be at.

We work with a selected set of clients, not a portfolio that runs into hundreds of pages. We know every client by name, not through a ticketing system. The goal is a long-term relationship, not a delivery and a goodbye.

A project manager and process analyst by training and by nature. Led a development and strategic planning team in a corporate environment in Spain. That is where he saw that small and mid-sized companies do not have the resources to digitise successfully. He decided to change that and founded Adoptimal with Adam.

Development and integrations

A digitisation specialist with more than ten years of experience in web application development. Focused on removing routine work and optimising processes. Co-founded Adoptimal with David to help companies use modern technology and deliver better results.

Jakub Štefanko

Microsoft, apps, automation

Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation and the application layer. Looks after deployed systems long term, extends, adjusts and keeps the business running a year after launch.

Four rules we run every engagement by.

A selected set of clients, long cooperation.

We do not take on ten projects at once. When we say yes, we have time for you. You work directly with people who know your company by name.

We look at the result, not just the task.

We are not here to tick off a brief. What we care about is whether the solution really speeds up processes, lowers the error rate, and gets moving what used to stall.

We start in operations, not at a whiteboard.

Our first week with a new client is spent watching how the company really runs. Only then do we design the solution. A solution drawn up at a desk, without a look into operations, helps no one.

We stay once we deploy it.

Most agencies deliver and leave. We build the programme and we stay. We extend it, fix it and keep it running. With us, support is part of the programme, not an extra product.
